4. HIPAA & BAA Public Notice

For organizations where HonIsT Solutions acts as a Business Associate:

  • SMS is not used to transmit Protected Health Information (PHI), unless your signed BAA and security configuration explicitly permit limited administrative messaging.

  • PHI is processed only through secure and approved systems, such as Microsoft 365, encrypted email, or your ticketing environment.

  • This public notice does not replace any signed BAA; the BAA governs the handling of PHI.

5. Not a Contract or Service Agreement

This page:

  • Does not define pricing

  • Does not define support obligations

  • Does not replace your HonIsT Care Agreement

  • Does not override any formal contracts

All services are governed by the written agreements between you and HonIsT Solutions.

  • Network interruptions
